Daniela Dubach Certified Financial Fiduciary® | Founder & CEO
Originally from Switzerland, I joined the financial services industry in 2009. After learning many financial lessons the hard way, I became passionate about educating people, especially women, on the importance of financial literacy and awareness.
I know how it feels when you’re broke, when you’ve got nothing. But I also know how it feels over here on the other side — and what you’ve got to do to get from here to there.
In 2015, I founded the Financial Literacy Institute, a company whose mission is to educate and empower people to gain control of their financial future, especially independent women. I have also been a certified financial education instructor with the National Financial Educators Council since 2015. I opened the doors to Radiate Financial in 2024.
Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to conduct hundreds of workshops on financial matters, educating thousands of people on Finances 101, college planning, alternative investments, and savings and retirement strategies outside the typical financial planning “box.”
When we’re done with the planning process, you will actually have a roadmap in front of you. It’s not wishing and hoping that you’re gonna “tiptoe through retirement.” It’s knowing you’re going to be OK.
Besides being a passionate speaker and empowering individuals with financial knowledge, I have been a guest speaker at industry conventions and on local radio shows. As an avid, lifelong learner, I continually attend industry conferences nationwide and have shared my knowledge and expertise on stage as a panelist.
I love the outdoors, especially hiking, biking and swimming. I’ve been a vegetarian for over 35 years and enjoy working out, spending time with friends and exploring the world. I also love animals and support organizations and causes that promote their welfare and well-being.
